Status of the user changed back to unregistered and grey colour

After some holidays, some of the user's status is turned to grey colour and we are unable to call them using the soft phone. Please help me to find the solution for this. Much appreciated, Thanks

If the users were inactive for more than 7 days their extension will be set to unregistered (grey) until they log in again.
Have the users logged in to the webclient again and they still show are unregistered?
