Hi,
anyone knows if there is a way to schedule status changes (available, business trip, lungh, etc.) by user or server wide?
I tried using the "Automatically switch status to available during office hours" but it's so limited. I can't choose which status and when, and often it fails even to switch.
What i need is something like "from x to y: Available - from y to z: lunch - from z to xx, available - from xx to yy: only emergency calls - rom yy to x: Do not disturb" at bare minimum. And would be nice to also schedule queues, not only statuses.

I can't beliave 3CX can't do that simple and useful thing.
Or, at least, did someone develop any "addon" to do that?

There is a Call Flow Designer example for time based routing. Perhaps that would work rather than changing status? Otherwise, changing user statuses could be done with a custom service, the Call Control API, and a scheduling database. It sounds a little complicated, but feasible.

I've read that Call Control API is deprecated since 2019, and the Call Flow Designer, from what i've read, is not what we need.
We need a way to schedule user statuses.
I hope for a custom services, free or paid.

The 3CX Call Control API is integral to the functioning of 3CX and is unlikely to go away anytime soon. The documentation has been withdrawn presumably in preparation for their announced new REST API. However, there is no ETA for the new API and 3CX has been very silent about when we will see the release, or what will be possible with the new API.

In the meantime, the Call Control API is still available. One thing you have to recognize is that any custom solution you have developed will require periodic updates as 3CX makes changes to their platform. So, whether you use the Call Control API, or the REST API (when it is released), you will need to update your application from time to time.
