The setup:
1) newest 3cx hosted in vultr data center
2) client has coax cable internet with Sophos XG 135 firewall and Ubituiqi Unifi Poe switch.
3) All phones are hard wired and work perfectly except 1. This 1 phone has been working fine for 2 months. (This is a 3 month old system so far).
I've gone through and removed the sip module from sophos as well as increased the udp timeout stream to 350.
I've put 2 firewall rules in for LAN to WAN and WAN to LAN allowing unfiltered everything from/to the PBX.
I've power cycled the phone and went into the gui and rebooted the phone. I've reprovisioned the phone.
When the phone reboots, nothing shows up in the event log on the dash board about the phone at all.
Sophos XG firewall logs show all traffic between the phone and the PBX is allowed and passing for both port 5060 and 443. In fact there is no traffic being denied at all from the phones IP in the firewall logs.
Any ideas wtf could be going on with this phone?
