Hello everyone,
As we tried to setup a non-supported voice service provider trunk for outbound calls, we received 503 Service Unavailable error. According to tech support's report, the problem is that 'the trunk is set correctly, the reason for 503 is there are no tokens in the call', followed by 'absence of tokens in the call refers to STIR/SHAKEN tokens' explanations coupled with FCC Public Notice that 'reminds facilities-based small voice service providers that they must implement the STIR/SHAKEN caller ID authentication framework'.
The question is, what does that notice have to do with end customers running PBX systems? And is there a way to implement STIR/SHAKEN support in 3CX system?
Thank you in advance!
