Stored contact with HubSpot on the mobile app

Hello,

We have set up HubSpot as a CRM integration according to the instructions. Unfortunately, the display of the contact for incoming calls does not work reliably. Via web client and desktop app, the display with the contacts stored in HubSpot works without any problems. In the mobile app, by contrast, no contact is shown, only the phone number. The goal is to show the name of the contact in the mobile app as well.

What settings are necessary to ensure that the name of the contact is also shown in the mobile app?

The mobile app can only take the contact details from the phonebook, so ensure that you enable the synchronization of contacts from the Management Console > Settings > CRM > Add CRM contacts to 3CX Company Phonebook.

Even though it's a solution right now, it feels a bit flawed as the behaviour of the desktop app should be easy to adopt in the mobile app as well.
