Strange 3CX Issue

One of my customer is complaining that when a call is answered from a ring group it continues to ring on other phones, also if another person answers on another phone the initial call they can hear the conversation from the first person that answered it.

"Every time they answer the phone the other phones within the branch still ring. This is an ongoing issue and needs to be resolved"

Thanks for the advice above everyone.
I'd like to confirm that the fix mentioned below, appears to work, though the phones do show as unsupported in the console as a result of mismatching firmware but I am guessing you are aware of this. I had my user test some basic functionaility, transfer, hold, basically all the basic functions they use on a day to day basis before upgrading, user has come back with no issues so far, I would advise anyone using the below fix to confirm this before deploying.

The only way I could prevent the snom phone from being automatically reverted to the bad firmware version is: 1) From the PUI, on the Advanced screen, go to the Update tab. Change to "Never update, do not load settings". 2) In order, click the Apply and then Reboot buttons. 3) After the phone comes back up, log back in, then go to the Software Update page. In the manual Software Update field, note what's there. Replace what's there with the URL for the firmware on the snom hub site. 4) Click Load, which will cause the phone to reboot. This reboot takes a while since it's downloading and updating the firmware. 5) When the phone is finished, log back into the PUI go to the System Information page, and check the Firmware Version value.
