Hi,

I would like to ask some help\inquiry regarding this "Launching wait(2000) on SIP/fxo-00000019".

TIA!

"Launching wait(2000) on SIP/fxo-00000019" is this initiated on an incoming call?
been seeing this also on my logs.

none for me

I mean why "wait" is initiated? The link provided explanation is not that clear.

into a dialplan, some line are executed one by one with a priority number.
So, just read asterisk log files and try to find, where the context begins with this "wait" cmd line.

for example:
-- Executing [*280@from-internal:1] Answer("SIP/100-0000003b", "") in new stack
-- Executing [*280@from-internal:2] Wait("SIP/100-0000003b", "1") in new stack
-- Executing [*280@from-internal:3] Set("SIP/100-0000003b", "INDEX=0") in new stack
-- Executing [*280@from-internal:4] Goto("SIP/100-0000003b", "app-daynight-toggle|s|1") in new stack
...
So, perhaps you could have a clue about thiis origine of this call.
