Strange problem with desktop Windows app.

Hello all,
When a call is coming in my desktop app knows it is there but you can't press the buttons across the bottom of the app like people, chat, meet, calls, panel, etc. Version 16.3.0.264. It works on some computers and not on others. Any help?

Hi @Honashagen,

Just to confirm, the Desktop App is installed on various Windows 10 machines that are all connected to the same PBX? Some of them won't allow you to click on People, Chat etc, while others do, and they are on the same PBX is that correct?

Are the options greyed out or not responding? Can you attach a screenshot for more info? What version of the PBX are you running?
