Hi,

We hear a strange sound during 1-2 sec (it sounds like Asterisk default music on hold) when the call is transferred from Digital Receptionist to Queue.

What is this? Bug? How can we fix it?

When transferring calls from an IVR to another destination the Music on hold, as configured under the management console > Settings > Music on Hold is played, so check that you have configured for the MOH under this section.

This sound is present even if MOH is Empty.wav

In this case are you using a supported 3cx VoIP provider? and is there a prompt set in the Queue? additionally does this happen with internal calls or just external?

Version 18.0 Update 3 (Build 461)

Can you reproduce this case on your 3CX?
Just create Standard DR with transferring to Queue after 1 sec

What resources does your PBX have?

this happens when machine is not fast enough.

What do you mean?

I can't understand why we hear Asterisk sound in 3CX )

Do your calls come in through an Asterix PBX?

Does this happen on both external and internal calls, for example, calling an IVR from an internal extension then selecting the option to go to a queue, do you hear the same sound?

Thank you for assistance.
I found out that the caller is using Asterisk PBX and this is not 3CX issue )

Also, check under your Sip trunks settings > Options Tab and make sure that the option for Supports Re-Invite is not checked.
