Suddenly all Android app phones are OUT of service

HI,
PBX is latest V16 SP4 and Android apps 16.2.0.93 are latest too. Pbx is local on W10 v1909 computer
the same phones registred to other pbx using another account are working properly.

Tonight, i'm facing something strange with all my android devices they are displaying as registred in app with green on top right, but in app status they are unregistred grey, on console side they are in mixed status some green else RED.

phones app stay able to call deskphones only but if you try to call extension on app you are going directly on VM.

Have rebooted pbx --> KO
have rescanned QRcode --> KO
Tried wifi or 4G connection --> KO both
uninstall and reinstall app --> OK


For example ext 101 is seen on pbx


other ext 113 is seen red on pbx, but connected in phones, green available on app and finally not working execpt for internal desktop calls only.

Really don't understand why all this happens alone, and finally after hours and many reinstall and QR code scan , all seem to return to good.
But what a pain to have to stay on each device and try to catch something wrong without anything found.

no update already done when sp4 has been available so completely not understable. no setting change at all done on both side.

what do you mean, pbx hardware is in my signature, and at time this happened 21 PM , phone system was doing nearly nothing from human use. So if race condition means it was overloaded, that's wrong.

My bad - I thought this was an android issue so I was recommending people that have android issues to put their Phone manufacturer there and Android OS so I can understand the problem.
But you do not need to pursue this further. You are using a total of 9 accounts on the same phone to the same pbx. The question you need to answer is Why do I have 9 extensions coming to my phone? If you are doing the work of 9 people, fine - then use Queues or intelligent forwarding rules. You are one of the few people in the world that have managed to completely confuse Google Firebase Services - A service which caters for the push notifications of the world we live in. At least you can be proud of that!

Delete all these accounts you have and stick to 1.

And wait - until Google Heuristics decide to forgive your phone's behavior.
