Sunrise SIP Trunk not working

Hi all, we added the SIP Trunk (Sunrise) and it is registered, yet when testing incoming and outgoing calls they don't work. We checked all the available documentation but we were not able to find a solution.
Let me know what information i can provide to resolve this

Does the event log show any messages?

Also, go to the trunk and select “Check SIP Trunk.” Test both outbound and inbound calls, then share the results after redacting any sensitive information.

Hi, Here are the results, the outbound call test just spins forever

Remember that you need to open two 3CX windows simultaneously for the outbound call test: one to start the test and another to place the outbound call. Did you perform the test this way?
