I'm facing an issue when navigating to the panel to view agent status: I see the presence of all extensions instead of only the agents. Creating a new department and assigning only the supervisor and agents, while unchecking "See presence" on the default department, is not a viable solution — this prevents me from seeing all extensions in the Team panel
