Unsupported Support of Poly CCX 600

Hello,

as we are getting rid of teams, I am now trying to see if I have the option to use our Poly CCX 600 Phones on the 3CX Platform. I switched to OpenSIP, the phone appears in my list of phones, but when trying to assigne that phone to a user, I only have the topnt to reject the phone.
I assume, that is, because of that phone being unsupported.
Am I right, and are there any plans to support them in the future ?

Hi Daniel,

You are right, this is how unsupported phones appear.

There are no plans to add those models in our supported list at the moment.
