Support required for template changes in 3CX and Dynamics CRM integration

Hello,

We have several customers using the 3CX and Dynamics CRM integration who would like to make changes to their template. In previous versions, we were able to make these adjustments, but since the update to version 20, this functionality seems to be no longer available.

Many customers are requesting these changes, and we would like to know how to proceed to meet their requests. Can you please provide us with a solution or the steps required to make these changes in this version?

What changes? Nothing changed in v20 about that lol

3CX doesn't support (officially) modifying the templates. If you modify them and it stops working, you're on your own.

However, we do a lof of those and can definitely help with modifications, without breaking the whole thing, since we know those XML very well.
