Am I missing an update somewhere on the X4 where it is no longer supported?

You are right.

Fanvil site says 7386 yet 3CX states 7387.

Will give that a go and see if it tidies things up, Thank you.

The "Not Supported" displayed in the image is because the 7386 version of X4 is not certified for compatibility with 3CX. However, this does not affect your regular usage. I suggest you can ignore it and continue using it normally.
