Surface Duo Camera Upside Down

Hello! We have a user that recently purchased a Surface Duo phone. The 3CX App uses the camera upside down all the time. We have tried everything we can see so far. We tested with other conference apps like zoom and the camera shows up not upside down. Is this a at the mercy of app development to fix kind of issue or is there some other setting we aren't finding that we need to change. So far no matter how you hold it, it just stays upside down.

3CX currently has 2 Apps for Android:

• 3CX: which is the softclient that allows you to make audio/video calls
• 3CX Video Conference: Used to join 3CX video meetings

Could you please tell us which of the 2 this is happening on? Also, because we don't have this device currently available for testing, could you try the other app as well to see if it does the same?
