Switch audio output on mobile?

Where is the icon to switch whether I want the audio to come out through my louder speaker, or my ear speaker? I for the life of me cannot find that button and my phone app is stuck putting my ear up against the phone, even with the volume on full blast it doesn't appear to actually be at the highest it should be able to reach.

Current mobile app has no switch to toggle between speakerphone and earpiece, but it should auto select the speakerphone (the loudest speaker) or the bluetooth speaker when connected
Can you please provide information about the phone you are using (iOS/Android), brand/model and the operating system version?

That's not good. Google pixel 6 pro is my phone on the newest Google os version.

Using the default Video Conferencing app from the app store, we tried the Pixel 6 Pro and by default, the audio is played back by the loudspeaker. We couldn't make the app playback anything through the ear speaker.

The only thing i can think of that could make your phone do that is another app that uses the ear speaker by default is open in the background and is locking your device to use only the ear speaker. Try closing all open apps except the VideoConferencing one and see if this resolves the issue. If the issue continues, you'll need to look for and force-stop any special apps you may have installed that to your knowledge play back audio and play it through the earphone specifically

That being said, we have a version of the app in development that has dedicated buttons for switching between devices/modes.

Awesome. Definitely looking forward to that version that lets me manually set it. I hope you'll let that button have a memory where the last setting is the setting it'll continuously use from meeting to meeting.

I am having a similar issue. Both the app and the web app answer the call on an android device with the speaker phone on. I want the ear piece on. There are no options to resolve this.

@theotheodorou since you mentioned "answer the call" I think you're using 3CX Phone App. You should post in the proper forum, this is for 3CX WebMeeting support.
