StartUp launches soon and we asked us:
1. Technically

how can we migrate small dedicated installations like 4sc or 16sc to StartUp if we wanted to? Migration path avaliable?
1b.
What if you grow beyond the 20 user startup limit, then you need to migrate to dedicated. how? Migration path?
1c.
Are backups compatible between dedicated and StartUp?
2. Switch Licensing modell
Is there a license upgrade path for StartUp to dedicated and vice versa?
3. M365 contact sync
We integrate nearly every installation to m365, even the 4sc ones. For every customer we offer a solution to bring their contacts from their erp or crm system to m365. Then they have ONE place for all contacts which is the only way it makes sense to us in 2022.
Will m365 sync be available for startup in future or do we have to stick to dedicated if we want this?
