Hi there,

I'm sure there is a easy solution to this problem (like restarting 3cx server or services). Our 3CX was linked to one of our Salesforce sandbox env. for the testing phase. Now we are ready to switch to the prod SF. Out tests are still redirecting to the test env.

So far we have reinstalled the browser plugin, clear the browser cache and it is still happening.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Peter

Clear the contacts in Console > Advanced > Contacts > Delete > Delete CRM Contacts.

The integration will pull them from scratch and it should have the right link.

Also if you modified the default template to point to test.salesforce.com for your integration make sure to switch it back to login.salesforce.com. If you used a custom template for the sandbox testing make sure to switch to the correct 3CX default template for production

Hi.

Thank you for responding to my post Andreas. We have selected the default template pointing to the login.salesforce.com and the browser still pop's up pointing to the test url.

You need to clear the CRM Contacts first so that 3CX pulls the new ones with the new URL.

Hi

that is because you have not done what Frederick Marcoux has advised after finishing the testing on the sandbox

"Clear the contacts in Console > Advanced > Contacts > Delete > Delete CRM Contacts.

The integration will pull them from scratch and it should have the right link."

if you have synced the contacts using the test sandbox and the same contact is in your production environment the contact URL is not updated and will keep pointing to the sandbox. You need to delete the CRM contacts so next time they are synced with the proper URL from the production environment

This time in followed instructions properly (in the right order) and it worked. Thanks you guys.
