Sync Microsoft 365 Shared Mailbox Contacts with 3CX Company Phonebook

Is it possible to connect the Company Phonebook also to a normal MailBox?

Clicking ADD button I can see all the SHAREDMAILBOX but just some NORMAL MAILBOX of my online Exchange. Why?

Regarding your question, syncing contacts to the 3cx company phonebook requires a shared mailbox within 365.
