Hi everyone,

Regarding thread https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/register-fxs-gateway-to-3cx.132109/ please help.
I have tried to register a SIP extension (1003) using the Synway 1008C-4S4O FXS Gateway.
When attempted calls to ext 1003 can be answered, but when ext 1003 makes a call to another ext (1005) it is not successful. In the event log there is a warning Event ID 30051

Unidentified Incoming Call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification: INVITE sip:[email protected]:5060 SIP/2.0 Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 192.168.12.110:5060;branch=z9hG4bK1760453188;rport=5060 Max-Forwards: 70

Thank you.

Is this on a system that you locally host? Did you manually datafill the settings on the FXS Gateway? If so, you may want to review your settings. Are users on the gateway able to place outside calls, or is the issue limited to calling another extension?

Right, this on premise system and I've set manually setting on the FXS Gateway.
The user on the gateway as ext 1003 cannot able to place internal calls and outside calls there is a warning Event ID 30051.
But when other ext 1005 able to place internal call to ext 1003.

Since you set this up manually, it sounds as if you need to review your settings. Something is not correct. If possible, post them, leaving out any "sensitive" information like passwords.

When the gateway is first powered, and you check the 3CX Activity Log, does the registration look OK, or is there an error of some sort?

While this deals with an older version of 3CX, the basics should be that same. Did you come across this?
