T46S ringtone changed with 66.86.0.5

Upgrading to 66.86.0.5 firmware our mix of T46 and T42's suddenly started using "ring10" instead of "ring1". Stock template in use, reset phone and reinstalled just to be sure.

Downgrading to 66.84.0.95 or upgrading to 66.86.0.15 and the ring goes back to normal. This happens on both a 3CX v18 build 237 and a v16.0.655 install

Do you happen to have any template updates available? Just go to Dashboard --> Updates.
If you do, install them, then reprovision the phones.

If that still does not work, Factory Reset just one of them, then provision again from the beginning, after of course making sure you have installed any template updates that you have available.

Don't skip the last suggestion (Factory Reset), very important.
