T54W default admin password

I have a client that owns their own phones, but the password "admin" does not work to factory reset them.

I tried holding down ok button for factory reset, but still asks for password.

Is their a firmware flash using a thumb drive or something?

You can run through firmware recovery, but likely these phones are running a special firmware to lock them down.

Firmware recovery can be done via USB on a T54W, or TFTP, or even HTTP I think. It's the same process for when a phone has been bricked during a firmware change.
