So i have a client that has a bunch of T57W's and their firmware version is on 96.86.100.5. Looking at my other clients on 3CX the latest tested 3CX version seems to be 96.86.0.74.

Looking at the yealink site though, their latest version is 96.86.0.70.

This newer version that the is on the clients phones isnt playing nice with 3CX, so far they've noticed it has broken the DND function of the phone updating 3CX that the phone is in DND so i need to get these phones back to at least 86.0.70 or preferably 86.0.74 which I know is the recommended up to date 3CX firmware version.

Can i roll back their current version of 96.86.100.5 and not cause any issues such as bricking the phone?

Hello.

You will definitely need to install tested and supported firmware, as this is the firmware the vendor provided us with, to work as expected with 3CX Phonesystem. Regarding the question on the downgrade and if this could cause the issue, you better contact vendor support so that they can advise on this matter or offer you the steps to do so safely.
Feel free to let us know and share your findings.

Yep agree, straight to the source, yealink. I'll see what they have to say.

I think our phone vendor must have sent us these with that newer firmware version on them.

I'll post back once yealink come back to me with some advice.
