Talk URLs for Queues and Ring groups do not have call options

My Talk URLs for Queues and Ring groups do not have the call option, they only have chat.

Why is that ?

Talk URLs for extensions do have the call option.

Version 20.0 Update 2 (Build 715 Release)

Can somebody from 3CX staff answer this, why Call option is not visible for 3CX Talk links for ring groups and queues.. only Chat option is visible

Seems like a pretty obvious bug.
I guess it also means it's not a commonly used feature.

The ability to call into a queue from a chat is available in our Live Chat integration.

Are you confirming the bug with the Talk links ?

I am NOT confirming it is a bug. What I am confirming is that we have a way to contact the Queues by Voice call if it is required.

What is the purpose of the Talk URL for a ring group ?

It is mainly for chat as we have migrated the functionality over to the LiveChat. It has remained around.

And in version 20 we will also have the capability to disable it as many people do not need this functionality.
