On our T48G screens, there is a display of missed /VM calls, or people we have called (history). Wondering how to set up the ability to tap screen to initiate a callback or recall people from the history. When I attempt now, all I get is an immediate busy signal. I'm thinking it has something to do with either inbound CID or the Yealink config itself.

Do you have an outbound rule for 10-digit calling? Our provider only sends 10 digit caller id but requires 11 digits in the outbound call. We just setup an outbound rule and append 1 to any 10 digit call.

This worked on mine.

Yes, I have several OB rules in place, for 10 and 11 digits. See screenshots

Look carefully at your out bound rules, you have a + an +1, remove the + and see if it works

Some providers require the +. And if it is working for his outbound rules when dialing a number using the keypad, then the + is needed.

Hello @gigaboy
Check your activity log and see what the Yealink phone is dialling when trying to redial. This will help you understand what you need to adjust to get redial working.

As @craigreilly pointed out, Twilio requires the "+" prepended. I'll play around with the incoming rules, and post what I come up with. Good points everyone!
