19 calls from in 6972005�¢ in 15 minutes. What is this?

How have you configured your SIP trunks?

"target for ..." would suggest you dont have an outbound rule that matches to dial 207.

I have analog lines connected in a Paton FXO SN4114 box.
I don't use 207 number at all.

First screenshot shows spam calls coming in, 2nd screenshot shows that the extensions didnt answer the call was terminated. assuming those ext are in a group or queue. Speak with your analogue provider if you're being spam called.

Ok... I found what happen.
The 6972005xx belongs to my client. He had given his cell phone to his baby (!!!) to play with and the baby made all these cals to my office number! But I don't understand why 3CX call logs has record as calling number the 6972005�¢ and not the correct number!

you'd have to run a wireshark and another test call and see what it's sending. or check logs of the analogue adapter.
