Teams call not via 3cx

Good day,

Calling from teams while in a meeting works, I get some random number displaying. Not pat of my outbound ID's.
So the call is not though my 3cx.
Calling from the dial pad not in a meeting works and the call does go through my 3cx.
Inbound calls work fine.


Where can I stat to look?

The call made from the teams dial pad while not being in a meeting is a actual call in 3cx. But once I am in a teams meeting teams-teams and I add a participant by dialing a number, that call is not a actual 3cx call.

Can you maybe direct me to where to look for this problem in teams please.

As I mentioned. From the dial pad I can receive internal and external, as well as make internal and external calls.
But as soon as I am in a teams meeting, I cannot dial any internal or external number to join as a voice call.

You can not add 3cx users to the team's meetings. This will need to be done inside teams to another team user. This feature has no integration with 3cx.

Than you for that. But I should be able to add a external participant by number?

This call is possible, but it is not routing through 3cx.
