We are experiencing an issue with our integration between Microsoft Teams and 3CX. Specifically, calls made from Microsoft Teams to 3CX extensions are being marked as "External" on both the Teams and 3CX sides despite being internal calls.
- In Teams: Displays the 3-digit extension followed by “(External).”
- In 3CX: Displays the caller’s name followed by “(External).”
