Teams forward calls with announcement

Hello,

we still have the problem at the moment
External call is on the phone with Internal user A.
Internal user A wants to transfer the call to internal user B.
Internet user A presses announce call, dials extension. Internal user A calls internal user B.
Internal user B presses Transfer. External call hears only mailbox of internal user B.
Both internal users use Teams Integration.

Normally user A would press transfer...

Also, make sure you are on the latest PBX version as they fixed a lot in the last two updates.

transfer works for us but not consult than transfer.
We are using the latest version 18.0 (Build 314)

In order for Teams User A to transfer to Teams User B, you can do that using the 3CX Extension Number, you need to use the Teams Name/Email.

Is that what you are doing?
