Like several others here, I'm having an issue with the Teams integration. I've set up a test for me only in Teams. It's only partially working.
  • Incoming calls work just fine
  • Outgoing calls do not get placed (could not complete call Teams error)
    • Teams -> 3CX extensions
    • Teams -> External numbers
  • Port 5062 is open (confirmed via telnet and yougetsignal.com)
I believe it could be our SSL cert. I got a little lost while combining the files into a single "package," so I think that could be the problem. I've had issues with OpenSSL, so I haven't been able to test it well.

Suggestions? Thanks!

Do you see the failed calls in the call log on 3CX?

Do you see any PEM files error in the Activity Log? To check, restart services and it should recreate the Teams connector with the SSL. If the file is invalid, it will give an error.

You can DM me if you wish to have someone check the config with you.
