i'm assuming with the integration it doesnt sync voicemail or 3CX's public contacts?

There is a voicemail tab but doesnt show any.

No it doesn't and actually, the Teams voicemail should be disabled to prevent issues with the 3CX one.

Contacts are not synced either, beside Outlook contacts (if enabled.)
