Telepresence Software ?

Hey all,

Does anyone know of (or using) any OpenSource Telepresence Conferencing Software that will work in conjunction with Elastix? I'm looking at a requirement of 35-60 simul video conferencing streams.

If so can you direct me in the right direction and describe your experiences (good/bad) and how many simul vidoe stream you are handling.

Look at the doubango telepresence system. Is opensource and use webrtc. About the performance you will need a very good server to handle 60video streams with transcoding. So far I have tested 6 streams with good quality and record in a server with 4GB RAM QuadCore.

Thank you Sir, I downloaded this one last week and plan on evaluating it this weekend.
It seems to be the only "real" open source one available from my small research.
