Hi,
I´ve run into trouble: The former HFO Telecom, now the Gamma Communications is a very good and fast VoIP-Provider, they use the Header P-Preferred Identity to enable the feature "Clip-No-Screening". In V20 all Providers are limited... In the indroduction, there was the sentence to import the Provider-Template for special configuraitons to solve the "not-so-really-finished" interface - ok, thats no problem! Imported the XML into the 3CX and the system was up and running - no problems, System = happy, Customer = happy, Provider = happy -> I'am happy.
Now we switched the Provider for one client and I cannot import a XML anymore ;-( I set up the Gamma Communications as generic to bring anything up and running, but I cannot not set the P-Preferred Identity-Header anymore, the only ones I can choose from are:
Is there a way to bring the additional settings back? (They are quite useful - belive me ;-))
And btw.: Is there a plan to "re-connect" the Gamma Communication as certified provider?
Sincerly
Kai

- From : Display Name
