Solved template upload

I just signed up for the three CX-hosted instance enterprise edition. I have a desperate need to get a grand stream DP750 DREC phone connected. I have the three CX template for this device from grand stream. but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to upload it. grand stream’s instructions say that it needs to be done command line which I don't have access to because three CX is hosting this. any ideas? Is this even possible?

Hosted by 3CX use only the supported sip phones (https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/)
If you have to use custom templates, then you'll need private cloud hosting or on-premise.

To use the DP75x series, you actually need a template that Grandstream provides only to resellers (like us.) We can help you, but as @Dimitris_3CX said, you need to be hosted elsewhere.

By the way, that device is not officially supported, so I would strongly suggest to buy a DECT system that is supported.
