Solved Test Hold Music

Good Day

I know there is a way to "dial" into the system to test/hear the hold music.
I have searched but cannot seem to find this.

Is there someone who can let me know what the process is for this?

Hi @MartLevitt,

In the Management Console click Settings >> Music on Hold >> the Manage button next to the music in question >> Play the MOH you'd like to test >> Select the extension you'd like to receive the call to hear it.
