Our support 3cx support person will be unavailable for a few days so I'm trying to figure this one out on my own. We're having some issues. One of them being when our Cisco phones get rebooted they are restarting unprovisioned. I have a feeling it is TFTP related. TFTPD64 has been working fine for us since we upgraded to 3cx 15.5 a few months ago. We're using TFTPD64 on our 3cx server which is a 2012 R2 machine. Our DHCP server is another 2012 R2 machine. Below are screenshots. I realize the directory is incorrect and should be C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\%%provdir%%. Where %%provdir%% is the randomly generated provisioning folder name, but this application will not save any settings. I've also tried uninstalling TFPD64 and installing PumpKIN as posted on https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/tftp-server/. The screenshots for that are below as well. Is there anything I need to correct? The PumKIN application settings do stay once configured so I'd prefer to use that.

The PumpKIN log states:Invalid opcode in initial connection request.
