A small customer only needs 8SC Standard but was provided with 16SC on a one-year trial. I've been a bit nervous about the coming "downgrade," so I'm particularly grateful to receive this very clearly worded email this morning:
The only thing left to confuse those of us in the U.S. is the date format: when we see those slashes, we think MM/DD/YY. Could that be shown with month names to avoid ambiguity? "01 Feb 19" instead of "01/02/19".
Thanks very much for this much-improved email.

Hi,
You’ve been using 3CX for almost a year now and your subscription is soon coming to an end.
To continue using 3CX with your current license size and feature set, you can renew your subscription here - just login and navigate to "Buy". You can find the renewal prices here.
When renewing, please have the following information handy:
Customer: <name>
License Key: <key>
Purchased: 01/02/19
Expiry: 02/02/20
You only have 7 days until your 3CX Licence expires, so we suggest you do this at your earliest convenience.
However, if you only need 3CX for up to 8 simultaneous calls and the standard feature set is enough for you, then you do not need to do anything - your PBX will be converted to an 8 SC Standard edition, automatically and at no charge.
If you have any questions, you can contact us by filling in our contact form.
Best regards,
The 3CX Team
