The extensions list doesn't include digital receptionist extensions in BLF Settings

Please see the image attached. We are trying to transfer an outbound call to a digital receptionist on a speed dial/BLF. But the list of extensions (that open up under "Enter Name or Number...") doesn't include the Digital Receptionist (or System) extensions.

Please suggest a way of doing this.

Use a custom speed dial. It's the only way.

The transfer button is on the deskphone, you use "Transfer + BLF of choice" and it will forward the call. Use a custom speed dial to set the number in a BLF.

As we are working from homes we don't have deskphones. By transfer button I meant the option that comes after a call is connected. The one whose screenshot I have shared in other thread.

So that won't be accessible?

Well, BLF or speed dials won't save you there if you don't have deskphones.

Normally you just click Transfer. If it's not enabled, then open a new thread for that specific problem.
