Hi,
I have successfully registered VoIP.ms trunk on my 3cx instance. But the issue is that when I tried to call any number through that trunk, it gave me an error. The call cannot be established.
Call or Registration to 6*********8@([email protected]) has failed. IP of "provider" replied: 503 Service Unavailable; from IP:208.100.60..:5060.

I have talked to VoIP support and they said I am not passing any caller id number, just the caller id name. So can any guide when to do respective changes.

Thank you

You may not have set a caller ID anywhere.

Is there one:
- in the trunk Caller ID tab?
- in the extension's Outbound Caller ID?
- in the outbound rule "Outbound Caller ID"?

If none of these, that's why.

Hi have set that both in trunk and in Outbound rules

And have you used the built-in VoIP.ms provider template? If so, check the outbound parameter and make sure also the CID is in the right format. I believe Voip.ms uses E164.

I had a similar error with them.. You have to make sure you put the 10 digit caller ID "number" in your outbound rule.

Under "Route 1" make sure you put the area code + number in the "outbound caller id".
