We have the last version of the 3CXPhone installed in a Windows 7 x64 machine, and using an account configured with an Asterisk. .
It's set in Auto-Answer mode and usually answer all incomming calls, but sometimes the call is rejected.
I've used WireShark to check the flow of the call, and when this happens the call reachs the phone but the phone answers with: 486- It's busy here.
The phone behaves like it was in DND mode but it’s in Auto-Ans mode.
Any ideas of what’s going wrong?
