There is not lock icon on the screen of sip indoor station.

Hello everyone,

Does anybody meet with the problem like this?
After the sip indoor station and video intercom register to the other sip server(not 3CX server), when the sip indoor station is receiving the incoming call from video intercom, there is lock icon on the screen of indoor station.


But when the sip indoor station and video intercom register to the 3cx server, there is not the lock icon.


Do you have any suggestions to check the problem?
