Hello,
We are a software development company and we been using 3cx since a lot of years.
We created an app that pops up when someone gets called via the 3CX.
We used the 3cxpscomcpp2.dll. An year ago the integration stopped working and now are looking into the problem.
The logic is:
1.We have the 3cx installed.
2.We have build an windows service(wcf) which is installed on the same server as the 3cx.
3.We have a WINFORMS application which connects to the wcf service and via callbacks the wcf calls the application.

The problem we are having is that when someone calls , the 3cx does not callback the wcf service.
We are using this handlers:

_phoneSystem.Deleted += _phoneSystem_Deleted;
_phoneSystem.Inserted += _phoneSystem_Inserted;
_phoneSystem.Updated += _phoneSystem_Inserted;
They are not being hit ot call.

Our version is 18.

Best Regards,
Georgi Todorov

You should stop using the 3CX Call Control. It changes a lot and things like that can happen anytime, and they won't help you. It's not documented nor supported anymore.

I would recommend using the Launch Application or Open URL feature of the DesktopApp instead.
