I run my workstation/laptop on Debian (linux) 64bit via Firefox.
I was previously on an Intel I7-7 series (released about 7 years ago in 2016/17) and 3CX didn't have a problem blurring anything.
I moved to an Asus ProArt StudioBook 16" with an AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX (8core, 16 Threads) w/ 32 GB of RAM.
Same software, same webcam, same browser, same OS (i cloned the machine) and now I my blurring option isn't available because of the error message (see screen pic). Hardware Acceleration in Firefox is ENABLED. Chrome is the New Internet Explorer so I don't want to use it... please advise?
I've tried other webcams (even though this IDENTICAL one worked on the 6 to 7 year old laptop) and it's always the same error message.
