Track time as "Active" status

Does anyone know if there is a way (or report) to track how long or for what time periods an employee is showing as "Active" status? We would like to know when our employees are active vs away.

Changes to an extension's presence setting is not logged anywhere that I can find. It certainly is not in the PostgreSQL database. The only thing that is logged is when an agent logs in / out of a queue.
