Transfer button behaviour

We are using a number of Snom D735 phones and have found the transfer button sends calls in a blind transfer. We would like to change this to attended transfer but unlike with some other phones (Fanvil for example), there does not appear to be an option to adjust the behaviour in the 3CX phone provisioning settings for extensions.

Any suggestions on how we can achieve this otherwise?

Hello,

For Snom D735 attended transfer:

1. Start the first call

2. Press transfer

3. Now the phone will wait for you to type a number

4. The soft buttons below will have the option for Attended and another soft button for blind.

This is valid in 3CX V18 and FW 10.1.84.15. If you are not using these versions, then I suggest you upgrade to get the intended behavior.
