Hey,

I'm new to this, I did a brief search and didn't find this exact question, so I appologize if it's too Noob. I have an external line I plan to hook up with a GrandStreem HandyTone 488 The external line has a transfer service on it, so as it is hooked up to an analog phone I can receive a call, hit flash , Key in a number to transfer the call to and hang up. The call is transfered to the entered number, and my line is then free to take another call.

I'd like to do this same thing with 3cx, the call comes in the caller gets an IVR or enters an extension, then 3cx transfres the call to the external number useing the same line it came in on by performing the Flash/Dial/Hangup sequence.

Is this possible, and if so could some one point me to information that will help me do this or figure it out.

Thanks much in advance

if your line support multiple calls then it is possible.

This would be more a function of your FXO and line than 3cx I would believe.
