Transfer my call and let my 3cx app answer that.

Hi Guys,

I am currently using the 3CX web softphone or Fanvil desktop phone to take a call, but I need to leave my seat. Does anyone know a simple way to transfer this call to the 3CX mobile app and answer the call?

Enable "accept multiple calls" and transfer it to yourself.

Em... Oh. It is a good way, thanks so much. By the way, could I use call parking to do that? Is it a good way? how to use 3CX app to take a call in parking room?
