Solved transfer of key between customer portals

Good day,

We have a customer who is currently with a different partner for 3cx. They are using an on premises instance of the system. We are taking over this customer and want to transfer the key from their current provider to us so we can switch the system from on premise to hosted. Is it possible to move a key between 3cx partners/resellers? If so, how is this process achieved.

Easy. log into the 3CX management console , in the Information tab click on unlink against the reseller - it will allow you to select a new reseller.

@Alan Keatinge you can yes do this from the pbx side and put your Partner ID..
