Folks,
I've installed latest version from download and while most aspects seem fine, we have MAJOR issues with queues becoming unregistered - causing incoming calls routed from Digital Receptionist menu to fail on final connection to queue. Calls routed to call groups work fine... it's just the queueing side of things.
When the call connect fails, the caller is placed back to start of digital reception menu, and the voice prompt volume also seems to drop slightly?
Restarting 3CX services doesn't help, and only seems to occur overnight in as much as the system can be working fine all day one day, but fails on office opening following day. No automatic updates for Windows 2003 or other system restarts performed... so seems to be 3CX specific.
Previously only restoring the 3CX database and restarting the services have fixed this... but this isn't a long term solution to restore each morning for obvious reasons.
Help!!!!!
